Terms:
All orders are on a credit card, money order or prepaid basis. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Catalog Errors:
Prices are subject to change without notice, particularly in the volitale cotton market. We reserve the right to discontinue any item without notice. We will not be held responsible for any errors in the catalogs.
Purchase Orders:
All purchase orders must be faxed, emailed, or mailed. All changes must be confirmed in writing and may effect the original delivery date. Cancellations must be in writing and confirmed, all costs incurred up to that time will be invoiced.
Production:
Begins once the order, artwork and terms of payment are approved. Standard production time is 7 – 10 working days, Production time on extra large orders will be quoted.
Over/Under Runs.
We invoice the exact quantity shipped and subject to a 10% Overun or Underrun.
Shipping:
Shipments will ship via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Once shipment has left our facility, title is transferred to recipient. Split Shipment are 10.00 per destination. Freight costs provided are estimates and are subject to change at time of shipment.
Packaging:
All products and merchandise are bulk packed. Special packaging is available at an additional cost.
Return of Merchandise:
Our Shipping and Receiving Department will not accept return without prior written authorization.
